HP Camera settings so Webcam On Ubuntu

~ Install UVC webcam driver
$ Sudo apt-get install luvcview
$ Sudo apt-get install uvccapture

if it is now open your cheese applications.
$ Sudo cheese
if not already installed to do the installation.
$ Sudo apt-get install cheese
